🇺🇸 How does Kun Agüero manage the money he earned as a football player?
and what are the three best investments you have made?

Sergio "Kun" Agüero had to quit football suddenly due to a heart problem. He quickly built a profile away from the fields, first in the role of streamer and then managing different businesses in which he invested the fortune he made after being a star both in Atlético de Madrid and Manchester City, beyond his retirement in Barcelona.
He recently made an extensive broadcast on the streamer Westcol channel, where Alana and TheGrefg also joined in. In a relaxed dialogue, they talked about the management of the money they earned and the former player gave details of how he reinvests his earnings.
What is the best investment there is?
"It depends on what you want to do after you generate money. When you stop playing you have to put your head and see what you can generate tomorrow. You have, for example, hotels that are good investments. They give you a quite high annual percentage, between 12% or 15%. Quite a lot. It also depends on where you place it. You are not going to put a hotel in a place where there are not so many tourists", he explained initially.
The 36-year-old former player also added another investment in his portfolio: "The other thing is to have, for example, offices. It is usually quite profitable because you guarantee that companies will rent it to you for many years. Usually for five years, or it can be for ten years. So you guarantee that in five or ten years an important company will rent you one or ten of the offices you have. It is an income that you know you have.
In the third instance, Agüero stated: "Then the other, the best investment is to have an agent who can manage your money well. You can invest in stocks, in treasury, in bonds, in gold, and maybe what that does is to balance the percentages a little because of the way the world is today, the currency. You always end up winning.
"Stocks are a little more complicated, but in the long term with stocks you end up winning. There is a year when you can lose a lot, like the pandemic, when many companies have gone bankrupt, but stocks are growing again. If you put one dollar today, maybe in 20 years you will have 500, to tell you.... But if you start playing the game of 'one dollar today, the next year I will take it out because I won', it is not convenient. It is not advisable to think about long-term actions", he said.
El Kun, who has had a career of almost two decades as a professional, acknowledged that he has "several things", among which he highlighted the "hotels, the offices", but at the same time he pointed out that he has a group that "has taught him" and that he prepared himself to manage his money: "I studied because obviously I believe that a person has to manage his money. He has to know what he is doing. Nobody can manage my money for me. A dollar, a transfer, I can get angry if they do it without telling me. I think it's a way that even though you trust them, they feel that you are controlling them. Because it's your money, what's better than taking care of your money".
Finally, Kun made an observation about flight expenses... "Private jets are good for short flights, they are not good for long flights, because you already have business. You go well, you are calm. You travel well. Jets are good for short flights, spending money for nothing makes no sense. To enjoy yourself, yes, you can enjoy yourself, but I think those trips are unnecessary expenses. There are people who do it, but it seems unnecessary to me".
Clearly, Agüero was curious to learn how to manage his money, to understand what he could do to generate income once his career as a professional football player was over. He was able to count on people to advise him, but ultimately it was always up to him to make the decisions.
